Welcome to Veenzo, a project management and team collaboration platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account and using our service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of the Service

We provide a platform to:

  • Organize and manage projects and tasks
  • Collaborate with other users
  • Sync with Google Calendar
  • Manage resources and tags
  • Receive notifications about activity
  • Get assistance from artificial intelligence (AI) through the Google Gemini API

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Not upload malicious or illegal content
  • Not abuse or overload our systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not use the service for spam or unauthorized activity

5. Google Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar account:

  • You authorize our application to access your Google Calendar according to the permissions requested
  • You agree that we will sync data between our application and Google Calendar
  • You can revoke access at any time from Google settings
  • You acknowledge that Google's service is subject to Google's terms

5.5 Artificial Intelligence (Gemini)

Veenzo offers AI assistance features exclusively on the Pro plan through the Google Gemini API:

  • To generate suggestions, summarize conversations, or create tasks, excerpts of your project content are sent to the Gemini API
  • That content may include task names, descriptions, chat messages, and project status
  • Payment data, passwords, and sensitive third-party information are not sent
  • Google may process this data under its own API usage policies
  • You can turn off AI features from the project settings

By using AI features, you agree that excerpts of your content may be processed by Google Gemini to generate the corresponding responses.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans with different features:

  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
  • You manage your subscription (cancellation, plan changes, or reactivation) through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, available from the application's subscription screen
  • When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period already paid
  • Refunds are not issued for unused periods, unless the law requires it
  • When you subscribe, your payment details are processed directly by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms

6.1 Resource storage policy

  • Storage limits depend on the project owner's active plan
  • If a project exceeds its limit, creating or uploading resources is blocked; individual downloads and deleting resources remain available
  • The owner has a 60-day grace period to free space or reactivate a plan that covers current usage
  • If the project is still over the limit at the end of that period, project resources may be deleted automatically to restore compliance with the limits

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The service, including its design, features, and source code, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You keep all rights to the content you create (projects, tasks, resources). You grant us a license to store and display that content as needed to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • All defects will be corrected

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Privacy

Use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your use of the service harms other users or our infrastructure
  • We are required to do so by law

You can cancel your account at any time from the application settings.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after those changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Argentine Republic, in particular Consumer Defense Law 24.240 and Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
